The fine textured, graceful foliage of Pygmy is a lighter green than globe peashrub. Small yellow flowers May- June. Very hardy. One of the best shrubs for the Plains area of the Northwest. Use as a foundation plant or as a low informal or clipped hedge. Xeriscape plant.
